[Northkeep] Armorer visiting Northkeep

William of Iron River Armoury is in town and wanted to spread the word that
he has some armor for sale. We have a lot of new fighters so this may be a
good opportunity to check out the armor in person and fill in the gaps of
things you may need.

gauntlets, and at least 1 helm.
