[Northkeep] Email List Setup - Order of the Lion's Paw of Kenmare

I don't remember getting such an email.

Also, I checked several days ago but could not see that the 2016  teacher's
application had been loaded on the Winterkingdom site.  Was I looking in
the wrong location?
