[Northkeep] Scribal meeting

Sorry for the short notice but I just got confirmation from the library.
There will be a scribal meeting on Monday, August 15th at the library where
we have populace, Martin East Regional on Garnett, at 6:30.  Please pass
the word to your other inky, painty friends and come out for scribal.
Future dates will be announced by the Minister of A&S.
