Absentee ballots will be available, after the polling is completed, if you
are unable to attend one of the two pollings for Northkeep/Chemin Noir. I
will send out more information at a later date for these ballots. There
will be a specific date to email for a ballot and a specific date for it to
be returned. Each person can only fill out one ballot.

Greetings,

On Tuesday March 22, 2016 at 7pm at the Chemin Noir Populace meeting, I
will be conducting the polling on the candidates for the position of Baron
and Baroness of Northkeep.  The polling will be done immediately following
the Populace meeting.

This polling is open to all members, non-members, residents and
non-residents.  Everyone is allowed one ballot.

The meeting will be held at The Branding Iron Room: 521 Don Tyler Ave.
