All Hallow's Eve is nearly upon us and, eerily enough, it just so happens
to fall on the date of our Baronial Populace Meeting for October.

As a reminder, this Populace is also the deadline for wInterkingdom Feast
Bids so if you planned on turning one in and haven't yet, your cutoff is
Noon on Monday. If you or someone you know wants to turn one in but has to
or wants to do it in person, please have them make prior arrangements with
me.

I can't wait to see as many of you as possible!
