[Northkeep] Populace meeting

[Baron of Northkeep]

Greetings all, populace is Monday and things are stirring. Castellan is
around the corner and a planning meeting will take place at 6:00 on Monday
before Pop. Rumors are running that a new recognition may be announced in
the later part of the meeting. We would love to see all of you there and
