Tomorrow is the day! Here are the promised details and schedule.


*Exhibitor Schedule*
7:00am - 9:30am: Exhibitor Load-In
9:30am: Vehicle loading lanes closed
10:00am: Exhibitors should be setup and ready to accept visitors
10:00am - 5:00pm: Maker Faire Tulsa public hours
5:15pm - 7:00pm: Exhibitor Load-Out. Vehicle Load-Out lanes reopened.

Exhibit booths should be manned continuously from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
Packing of exhibit materials should take place after 5:00pm.

9-5 HE Elisaveta- weaving

9-5 HE Beorhtlic- brightwork

9-5 HL Karl- Lampwork beads

9-5 CSS Martel- armoring (power needed)

9-12 L Susan- basketweaving (water needed)

1-5 HG Willow- intaglio (power needed)



2:00-3:00 Pewter casting Stage Demonstration -HE Beorhtlic

Note:  Presenters who incorporate fire or hot materials in their
presentations should bring their own fire extinguisher.

As you can see, we have a lot going on in our 10' x 20' space! I'm sorry if
I left anyone off of the schedule, as there may not be room for you in the
booth. All are welcome to attend this free event, if you would like to come
in garb and point people toward our booth that would be great!
