[Northkeep] Heraldic Title Question

Unfortunately that title could apply to the herald of Lonely Tower in 
Calontir if not many more.

They use the same tower symbol, the same colors, etc.  Ismet and I were 
going to start a war with them over it several years back...  Just for 
the fun of it.  The then Baron of LT agreed it would be a good excuse 
for some fun schtick.
