[Northkeep] Ensign tourney at the Sunfest demo

As the season warms to northern ansteorra norm, we in Northkeep still hear
the faint drums of war. One thing we all know is that war will come again.
The time is now to decide who shall lead our forces when the time comes. We
invite all our cousins of the north to come witness and aid our choosing of
The Northkeep Dionader and Ensign.
At 10:00 am on the morning of Saturday June 2nd the decision will begin.
Those wishing to be considered for ensign should be a gentle person
authorized to fight in rapier, be of the populace of Northkeep, or her
cantons. Also these worthies should hold neither white scarf, nor white
belt/baldric. The decision will be based on both individual prowess on
Saturday as well as leadership on Sunday. Yes, you read correctly, the plan
is a two day selection. Please know that if you are not qualified for
selection, Northkeep still needs your attendance to swell the ranks of
melees and  one on one fights. This selection is in conjunction with the
demo at Bartlesville Sunfest, so all please have on display your finest
civility. Know that the Ensign of Northkeep by accepting the sword is
pledging themselves to be at Gulf War and to lead the forces as required to
prepare for war.

The selection begins at 10:00am armor inspection shall commence at 9:00am
