[Northkeep] Northkeep Digest, Vol 81, Issue 13

Unfortunately we had major issues with Woodward park and it was my
recommendation while baron and continues to be my recommendation to not use
that park.  We got hit with a 500.00 charge the last time we did anything
in Woodward.  Not saying that would happen again, but I think it would be
unwise to risk it.
