[Northkeep] Ensign Tournament this week-end

[Seneschal of Northkeep]

As in the past, Northkeep will hold a tournament at the Bartlesville
SunFest demo to choose our Ensign, the war leader for the rapier community
for Gulf War 2020. The tournament will be held over the course of two days,
Saturday will consist of a series of bar brawl scenarios, and Sunday will
be team melees with the Saturday leaders as commanders. The tournament is
restricted to those who have not yet received an award for rapier combat
above the level of AoA. The winner will be expected to attend Gulf Wars
(March 14-22, 2020) in order to lead the Northkeep rapier forces.

As of now, the Dionadair Tournament for armored combat war leader has not
been scheduled.
