[Northkeep] Grub N Garb Location Change - Joint Fighter Practice cancelled

CHANGE OF LOCATION!! Due to weather, we are moving to the Conference Room
in the library. The fighting parts of practices are cancelled, but we can
still discuss techniques, strategies, and drills. And of course have our
Halloween Food Pinterest Fails contest (Subtleties Gone Wrong)!
