Have you ever wanted to make sourdough bread? Here's your chance! Perrin de Beaujeu will be demonstrating how he makes a basic sourdough bread. You can arrange to pick up your sourdough starter curbside by messaging Perrin on Facebook or emailing perrin14th at gmail.com. The starter should be picked up by Sunday evening so you have time to activate it for baking Monday night. Instructions to activate will be provided. In addition to the starter, you will need flour, water, oil and salt. Tools needed will be a bowl, a spoon, and an oven.
