 As always, be sure to check for cancellations  before heading out! Updates
will be sent to this email list, and posted on Northkeep's Facebook Page.

Sunday August 22nd. Archery Practice is from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at the City
of Coweta Archery Park (35079 E 151st St South Coweta, OK). We shoot from a
well shaded area, but arrow retrieval is in full sun. *Masks are required.*
Bring a chair and some water! Let Jehanne know if you will need any loaner
equipment, jehanne14th at gmail.com.

Monday, August 23rd. Open A&S Night. 7pm at  Martin Regional Library (1301
S. Boston Ave., Tulsa, OK) in the Auditorium.  *Masks are required.* Bring
a project to work on and, if we can get the technology to work, follow
along as HE Damon Hroarrson prepares his backyard grapes for fermentation.
There are a LOT of grapes!

Tuesday, August 24th. Joint Fighter Practice at 7pm at the Riverside Park
at the southwest corner of 96th St. and Riverside Drive.  Masks are
required. Please bring your own water! Loaner gear is limited, please
contact the appropriate marshal prior to practice if you need loaner gear.

Wednesday, August 25th. Joint Fighter Practice at 6:30pm at Turkey Mountain
Park (6800 S. Elwood Ave). We will meet within sight of the parking lot,
you can't miss us! Masks are required. Please bring your own water! Loaner
gear is limited, please contact the appropriate marshal prior to practice
if you need loaner gear.

Saturday, August 28th. Maker Faire Demo, at the Exchange Center at Expo
Square (4145 E 21st St, Tulsa, OK 74114) Open to the public from 10-5, set
up will begin at 8:45 and cleanup will start at 5pm. Our booth is 10 X 20,
so let me know when you plan to be there and how much space you need for
your craft!

Maker Faire Tulsa is following all city, county, state and federal
guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Due to current high community
transmission rates and in keeping with CDC guidelines for both vaccinated
and unvaccinated persons at indoor gatherings, MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL
EVENT STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, EXHIBITORS AND VISITORS (youth and adults) and
will be provided complimentary at the event. Visitors are highly encouraged
to utilize additional preventive measures, including social distancing,
personal hygiene, and cough and sneeze etiquette.
