HL Ismet,

I have planned to make a vegetarian option for the second course (A similar soup base — just without any meat products.) I can make sure to put you and your husband (and HL Debroah) for that as an option. (I might make a second batch of the soup just to make sure I have enough for vegetarian/non-kosher options. (I didn’t realized Rabbit wasn’t kosher.)

I don’t have an alternate for the pork course as of yet. The mushrooms/ onions will be cooked separately from the pork.) We can just make sure to have them plated separately instead of together for your table.

Thank you for letting me know!

Kelandra
