We have several areas that need your help:

*Largess Derby*:

WInterkingdom will have a Largesse Derby! The winner will get one item from
each entry; the remaining items will be gifted to Their Excellencies of
Northkeep.

Please create 6 items for each entry, label each item with your name, local
group, and the ingredients, fibers, etc. (to avoid allergy issues). The
winner will be decided by Populace vote and announced in Court!
What is largess you might ask? Any small gifts (toys, trim, jewelry, coins,
fans, hats, pouches, cooking or feast items, etc.) that are given in
appreciation or recognition. It can be for children or adults.

*Silent Auction*:

There will again be a Silent Auction at wInterkingdom. Funds from the
Silent Auction will go towards refurbishing the Northkeep lyst field, which
is sorely needed. You can help!

We are seeking donations, so if you have any new or gently used items
please consider us. We can also auction off promissory items, if you have
an artistic skill you are willing to donate, please let me know.
If you don’t have anything you wish to donate, you can help by bidding on
items!

I would also love to know if you could sit with the Silent Auction for an
hour or two.

*Soup Tavern Donations:*
There will be a soup tavern for lunch as a fundraiser for Canton of Chemin
Noir. We need your assistance to make it a success! We need 4 people
willing to make 5 gallons of soup each. Let me know if there is one you'd
like to donate.
chicken-based soup
beef-based soup
vegan soup
pureed soup (pumpkin/tomato/squash/potato/etc)
Other donations sought for the lunch tavern are pickle spears, eggs,
crackers, french bread, apples, oranges, bananas, paper lunch sacks, &
snack-size baggies.
If you are able to assist with any of these things, please contact Lady
Kiah or Lord William, You can also just let me know!

*Security:*
The Baronial guard is charged with security for the event, but many of them
will also have other obligations throughout the day. If anyone is willing
to assist with security of the site, please contact Master Facon du Pray so
that he might set up shifts. Many thanks to any that are willing and able
to assist.

And, of course, CLASSES! I have posted a list of what we have so far on the
website.
