However, few if any bright collors would have been in use in Europe at that time because dies were of a natural type generally derived from plants with no chemical enhancements. A good judge would be indian rugs done in the traditional fasion. One color example would be Indian Paintbrush of Indian Blanket, local fowers used by the Indians to dye wool.
