<P><FONT SIZE=2>I came up with something that I hope will become a wonderful tradition and </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>learning experience for the Barony. I was thinking of things to do with </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>the Children during Winterkingdom and the idea of a time line came to </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>me. It could be looked at in a book format or displayed on a wall and it </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>will include both historical figures and events and also info on the </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>personas of our Barony and society (open to any who would want to speak to </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>the children)</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2>How I am looking to develop it is through having people come in and tell </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>their persona stories to the children. The kids can then draw and write </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>info about the persona to put on the timeline. We will also have </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>information sheets on historic personages to add, so that it sets the dream </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>we play into the context of history for our children. This will give a </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>wonderful way for our children to become exposed to the personas, as mine </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>have been exposed to this mostly at demos. It should assist them in </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>building a framework of history, that they can add onto as they mature.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>Things I need, for those who would like to help. Computer paper, the old </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>connected type for a dot matrix printer, that would be great to lay this </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>out on. Dover Coloring books, or other references, that give people in </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>period garb and some info on them. We have several of these, but the more </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>the merrier. I will take and copy applicable pages and return them to </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>you. One that focuses on Royalty would be great as would famous battles, </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>to set the historic time frame. If someone wants to donate some sissors, </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>glue and markers for the project, that too would be welcome, but I can </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>supply these if needed. (I forgot to ask Lady deCalais about what supplies </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>the MOC has) A copy of your heraldic device would be nice too, but not </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>required. (those are always fun to color)</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2>Now, the most important thing I will need are some friendly sorts to come </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>and talk to the kids. It would be similar to the persona stories I done at </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>demos. I have just under 2 hours, so should be able to fit in 3 or so </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>stories. I will need the basics on your persona, so that I can find some </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>pictures that will correlate to it, and an approxamate amount of time </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>needed. Couples who are together in time are welcome to come as such, but </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>if you represent different times we will keep those separate. I am </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>scheduled from 1-2:50, so let me know what part of that time frame you are </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>available. I am hoping that this can become a ongoing activity that will </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>enrich our kids and with all the people we have, we can do this for </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>years. I also need to get an idea of where in history most of our personas </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>are from, so I have enough room for them on the timeline. I can very the </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>spacing allowed by our space requirements. I know there are alot of people </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>in the late period, so will probably cover decades there. Are there enough </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>people from before 1000 to need more room that a 100 years to a page?</FONT>
