TENT - Fleshing out an encampment

Greetings to all on the list

I have just completed a single pole round pavilion and am now looking to
construct bedding and other items to complete the encampment.
 
I'm looking for information on camping equipment that would be used in such
a tent from around 1370 in England, France and possibly Spain.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.
