Greetings,

Master Terafan is on the medieval encampments one list.  I don't know if he still monitors this list or not.

>From his description, and the photos, the walls are attached using a stitch similar to his modified flat fell seam minus the second row of stitches.  

The tent is from Basal Switzerland and belonged to one of the guilds of that town.  

The caption under the photo of the removable final says that it was used in 1591, and 1736, the final not the tent, although one would assume the final wouldn't be much use without a tent 8o)  

The tent was donated to the museum by the guild in the 1800's

The museum dosn't have much more information about it, but it would be interesting to see if the guild still exists?
