Hey I wanted soup, But the group that asked me to help them with this. They had the chili already set. :)
I am from New Orleans and hate beans. Crazy. I think it was because I ate so much of it and now can't stand the though of it. Yucky :) Period birds and soup would be my
choice. With orange waters and teas.
You see encampments is a new thing for our kingdom. There has been an out growth for wanting them, (joy) The thing that people here is afraid of is that it can be a really
strict thing and no one can have fun in one. So this is a big jump in our kingdom. If they want chili let them have chili. I am so glad that it is becoming part of an
event that I am jumping for joy. The first thing I remember coming to my first event here is that out of 150 on site. We was the only people with a period tent on site. My
heart was crash not seeing all the tents at sites. Now we have a more and more of them on the sites. People are getting in evolved in making them. The last two classes we
taught for period tents, there was people standing in the room. One class had thirty plus people. I know because I had thirty fliers and they was all given out and I send
some to people by mail. So, this is a start that I am so glad to see. You know sites with out tents is so plain. It is hard to have this get started. If I could have help
and advise on how to get people more involved, it would be more bless then you would even think. I have talked to all the peerages, land barons and baronesses and the loins
and the crowns for help and support. Slowly the kingdom is doing it on its own. So advise! advise! advise! Would be a great joy. About a month ago there was an event at a
barony and they did one all on there own. Now this one. So small steps to get people over the fear of having them and getting them away from camping with just there house
holds is the hardest parts. But just seeing them there is a great pleasure versus what we had before. :) Marguerite

I know if you force things on people, people will not except it.
