PE - new to list

The main consideration is ease of raising... as I will be alone much of the
time [although w/ shire-mates to help - I just don't want to take advantage
of their generosity].
I would love to have an oval so I could have areas sectioned off for a
shower & a bed & for a living room...  It doesn't need to be huge, but
comfortable.
Of course, I also have to be able to afford the thing...  & will probably
have to make it myself, so that has quite a bit to do with the whole thing,
