PE - plans for wood barrel

greetings, I don't have what your looking for but i
did see something you might like to know about. While
looking for war wagon wheels at a trading post in
ceder park TX I saw a barrel of wood 1x2's cut on a
tapper held together my metal bands, which were cut
from a hot water tank!! they also had a 4.5foot wagon
wheel but it was very real/western type and
expensive...
just a thought...
