RF - Gulf War

Ok Lorraine,
  I just printed the forms so we are mailing in morning.  I also notice that 
the deadline for December 31, 1999 is

Tues      Wed     Thur     Weekend
25         22      19        16

I will not know for sure when we get there.  If I get a job we can come 
sooner.  If I move to Texas that weekend We will be there Thursday.  I am 
not sure exactly yet.  We will have to work around the dogs.
