You can modify a princess base pattern to get the twin back lacings.  It
takes a little fiddling, I *think* that one of the Complete Anachronists on
costume shows diagrams for how.  I know I've seen a scale version somewhere
but can't remember exactly where for the life of me.  It might be one of the
Arnold books, most likely the one I don't personnally own.  Hope that helps
a little.
