Get in free is okay for 1st timers.  You should forward person's name and such
to the Autocrat or Gate Coordinator, especially if they'll be arriving on their
own.

Garb should be available.

Nikolas is the Autocrat, Lorraine is Gate.  You can get to both through this
list.
