RF - Work Weekend 9/2/00

Work days will be announced by HL Brian, the autocrat of the event.

We have plenty of time. There is not much that can be done until just
before the event at this time. There are always things we would like to do,
but sometimes we have to settle for the things we can do with mundane

Unless there is a pressing need for work to be done this weekend, there
will not be a work day unless one of the autocrats can be there.

Work on personal sites is another matter. Please arrange with Sir Keif for

I ask that event related matters such as this be cleared with either the
Autocrat, the Seneschal or the B&B of Ravens Fort.

Thank you for your concern and help. It will be needed the Sat and Sunday
prior to the event and the Thurs and Friday prior to the event. These are
the days that the final preparations are performed.

Only so much can be done before and from what I have been briefed on, it
has been done for the most part. Correct me if I am wrong on that.

We are blessed with a site that we can leave many things in place and that
do not have humans fooling around with it, thus making set up much easier.
Granted we may have to have a cow pie patrol on Friday, but I am sure that
can be handled.

Any questions, let me know.

Seneschal of Ravens Fort
