The only "known" perp is the man with Jalali's mug... A misdemeanor at 
worst. The epee' was reported missing from the back of a couple's truck 
(there Saturday night gone Sunday morning). The attempted break-in is

prank...

Permanantly banning them from the site I can do, being legal agent for the 
owners. I cannot ban them from other SCA related activities such as Fighter 
Practice, populace meetings et cetera... As well, as Earl Marshal I cannot 
"pull their card" for misdeeds unrelated to combat.

I will, hopefully, soon talk to one of the people involved in one of the 
misdeeds. I will make up my mind on whether to ban that person (the one that 
took Jalali's mug) or not at that time.
