RF - Feb 5, Demo for Cub Scouts

Greetings...

I need some commitments for persons and what they will do for the
demo/entertainment gig on Feb 5th in Houston for the Cub Scouts.

What I need is the following....

2-3 heavy fighters with armor and items for static display.

2-3 light fighters with armor and items for static display.

2 or so bards that can sing, tell stories, etc.

Musicians to play music or someone that has a boom box that we can play
period music on that sound good and is big enough to be heard in a school
auditorium.

2-3 people to other things and help with demo logistics.

For this, the group will be fed and we will receive $150 for our efforts.

We can car pool down and back if need be.

The demo is Feb 5th about 7pm in Katy.

I am doing this at the request of a friend.

If I do not get enough volunteers by the end of next week, I will cancel the
gig.
