RF - Fw: Demo List for the 19 th

Hello to all who read these words,
    As you know we have a demo on the 19th of May the Friday of our Day at the Forum event. We are to perform in the morning from 9am to noon. Not all will need to be there at 9am. 10 am is when our main demo starts and we will have two one hour sessions.
    We are to have a group of fighters start of the day with a Melee on a stage I would like to maybe set up a scenario with the fighters who will be able to make it their early! We will need Bards, Rapier fighters Arts and Science demos and people to answer questions during and after the demo.
    We will probably have individual introductions during the demo while the fighters armor up. I will send a script of sorts out to those who are helping. At the bottom of this message is a list of who  have said they would help out.
    All who are attending please send me an e-mail letting me know what you are bringing and what you will be doing. If  your name is not on the list please let me know and I will be more than glad to add it to it. We will need all the help We can get!
    I want to "Blow their socks off and leave a deep impression!"
