RF - Populace at Art Room

[AMH/DBLJ]

The Building is right next to (to the north of) Long John Silver's on Sam
Houston Blvd. (hwy 75).  The exact location is  ART BUILDING # E - ROOM 108.
For those of you that attended populace last summer, it is in the same room.

The room is very "hot" sound wise (that is to say that even a low noise
carries all over the room) so Niklas is asking that any privet conversations
are taken outside or held till after the meeting.
