Yule at the Pond House

Raven’s Fort will be celebrating the Yule season with a party at Ld Marius’s 
Pond House on December 30.  We will start the festivities around noon on 
Saturday until ? Sunday.  At our disposition will be a large house with many 
bedrooms for crash space sheltered in privacy by a mini forest.  There is 
plenty of room for a mini tourney, a bonfire and camping space.  It is 
situated just north of the Conroe Fair Grounds.  Ld Marius will be 
publishing a map to the Pond House on the Raven’s Fort list.  Please 
download it, print it and pass it around to your friends who are not 
subscribed to the Raven’s Fort list.
A feast consisting of Smoked Salmon Canapes, Boeuf Bourguignon with rice, 
Morrocan turkey, Galette des Rois and a fine dessert from Ldy Olivia will be 
served for the enjoyment of all.  Cooks are encouraged to bring dishes of 
vegetables to round out the feast.  Please bring some veggies!!!!
We will be rolling bones for the gift exchange.  If you wish to participate 
in the gift exchange please bring one wrapped gift valued at no less than 
five dollars and at no more than fifteen dollars.  Handmade gifts are 
particularly popular.  The rules for Rolling Bones will be published on the 
list prior to the revel and handed out at the revel.
Please bring all your banners so that we may hide the mundane seventies 
décor of the “feast hall”.
There is no site fee, no feast fee, just a general call for vegetable 
dishes.
