As I have been "tagged" *grin* to do the minutes for both populace and 
officers...I have NOOOOO problem posting them both to the list at large AND 
giving a copy to Jacinth to post to the web page. I will try to make sure 
and post everything by the next day, so anything any one missed, they can 
get the info on very quickly. But please bear with me, as I too have a busy 
schedule, and I might be off by a day or so.

I will however, pay 100% attention during the meeting in order to keep the 
minutes accurate. Any details I miss or am incorrect upon, I will encourage 
everyone to correct me or insert a piece of pertinent data. I will however, 
probably leave out asides and general chatter (i.e.: Where are we going to 
eat? El Chico, Imperial Garden..etc.). This should get the meat and potatos 
to the hungry non-attending people!
