RF - Bardic Stuff

progressive period tourney with barrier and mass weapons included. I will
ask that all combatants submit a letter of intent before the tourney. I
would like to see a few period pavilions and even a bit of heraldic flash
and show of banners but not anything like Nine Worthies.
    I want a non pretentious tourney to compliment the concept that Marious
and Sigurd have in mind. The last thing I want to do is unbalance the event
and have the Tourney take over.
