RF - fighter practice

I agree with all below, but I think we should move the
time to the night: start at six or seven.  Remember:
during the summer the sun doesn't set until after
eight . . .  The list of reasons for this suggestion
is so long that I am just too tired to write it all
down.  Our quarterly tourneys should be held in the
afternoon, however.
