RF - Order of the Raven's Heart members and herald

Heilsa all my Good and True kith and kin in Raven's Fort...

Our good Baron David St. David and our seneschal HL Niklas have made several 
comments on the Order of the Raven's Heart.

As original Principal of the Order I state the following.

There is an extant Charter. It was written lo those many years ago by the 
folk in Raven's Fort. It _should_ be in the herald's, seneschal's, and 
Baron/Baroness' files.

The insignia _should_ already have been passed and it is the college of 
Heralds fault that it is not propperly displayed in the OP. Hmmmmm...in fact 
it was displayed in past OP's...

The current text is the *official* text. It does not need changing or 
up-dating. This too was worked out long ago by the Principals of the Order 
and the Officers extant then.
