There was another suggestion:

7)  When everything else is done, consider designing for yourselves a
cloak.  Something like the Centurion cloak.  Up to you how elaborate, but
I'd suggest it be more for court and ceremony than warmth and should be of
the same design.  This will help with court foo and keep the Order in the
minds of the populous.
