RF - Gulf War Registration for the Barony....

I've had several inquiries into the what and how Ravens Fort intends to
camp at Gulf War.  Pre-registration deadline, which means our one and
only shot at land allotment and camping together, ends January 21.
That's like real close.

So far I've had inquiry from:

Vladimir (Big Vlad)
Hunaric of Clan Cadiddlehopper
