Let me just add that as a prosecutor for Cameron
County, TX, I have personally seen the trace pages for
calls, emails, etc.  Further, I have had the privilege
of filing criminal charges for this sort of phone
harrassment.

Harrassment is a class b misdemeanor which can get you
180 days in jail and up to a $2000 fine.
