RF - Red Tape Event

Hi All,

The Red Tape Event is coming up this Saturday on the SHSU campus.

The event will begin at 8am as officers and others arrive from around the 
kingdom.

Anyone may attend the meeting. It is being held in the SHSU Art Dept 
buildings at Sam Houston Ave and 21st street.

The opening meeting will be held in the auditorium that we have had 
meetings in before. There will be signs up showing the way.

I am going to need about 4-5 people to help show people where to go to the 
various rooms and help in any other duties as they arise.

I have had several indicate that they will help. Those that will, please be 
at the site at about 7:45am this Saturday AM.

The event will be over at 6pm.

At about 7pm, there will be an informal get together at Kezia and my house 
on Pleasant Street.

Currently we have folks cooking chicken (HE Gwynn) and I am supplying some 
drinks and a couple of other things.

We are still needing the "Fine China (paper plates, etc)", chips & dips, 
dessert, veggies and maybe a salad.

Figure on about 30-50 people in attendance.

Anyone interested in helping, please call me on the phone and let me know 
what you can provide.
