Consider these suggestions for # of tables & storage ideas:

1) For now, limit the tables sponsored to 25-30 total; but, before exceeding
that amount, look at how much space needed for storage... if we decide to
make more, take more sponsorships at a later date.

2) Clean out 1/2 of "lean-to" (**)-see below- & build side walls with a door
on that half of the "lean-to" (sp?); construct a (2) level rack/shelf system
to slide tables in & out (tables moving to & fro from shed it is attached
to). I can show ya'll better by drawing in person than words here... We can
easily store up to about 30 tables this way... just depends on how deep the
lean-to is & how long the tables will be. I haven't figured it out
dimensions exactly yet on paper (working towards that goal), but sounds
feasiable enough to consider it...?

3) Chairs/benches can be added at a later date utilizing the same method of
sponsorship & figure out storage space needs for these items before
sponsoring (make sure we have the storage space beforehand).

4) When the Barony becomes established as to also having tables for rent to
outside the group, then we may consider looking at open trailers like the
one Stargate uses for transportation purposes...(tarp over for transporting
only - since the tables would be stored "in" the lean-to) rent cost will pay
for it over time .
