[Ravensfort] Awards...

I have from time to time posted my researched opinion on criteria
for my reccommending people for awards...

I have never gotten any response from the rest of the list
on their criteria...

Since people have been vocal about how deserving persons have been missed
and how some persons who have awards shouldn't...

I would like to see what criteria ya'll think people should fit
to be recommended for awards...

I now open the floor for discussion...
