Pumpkin ale report 2
Well Primary fermentation is over. It stopped at a 1.012 spg. This means
that it has a brain crunching 15.3% alcohol. It has a dark amber color, and
a surprisingly refreshing taste for this stage. The malt flavor is fairly
strong, and the hops fairly muted. This is going to be a fairly smooth beer.
I foresee people drooling in the dirt if they are not careful.
