Question? It seems to me that when people don't get to events, for one reason or another, they want to know the winners of said event. Understandable.
History has shown that it usually takes 3,4,5 or sometimes more postings to get all of the winners listed and even then, some are not mentioned only because persons memories are not 100% due to toasts, VIVAT!(ing) and what have you.
Perhaps it's time to include a 'scribe' as a 'job' for each event along with Autocrat, Feastocrat, List Mistress, etc. Perhaps someone could dedicate themselves to joinging feast/court to write down ALL winners...and honorable mentions, of which there were a few at Day in the...so that the list can be posted for all to see. At some events, the person most likely to have this job, within their group, would have other obligations (i.e. Baronial Guard) and not be able to write things down.
I have it...this person would be the "Court Reporter" for each event!
Just a suggestion.
