[Ravensfort] Get in free passes for site fee and newcomers

Hi......

The policy never left. It has always been in place as long as I have been
here (since 1996).

However, in the past one had to get the persons name on a list that was
kept at the gate. It seemed that never or seldom happened and thus alot of
confusion.

So about a year ago, I came up with the "Free Site Fee" passes.

They are tickets to get in free.

Now if someone has the ticket, they get their site fee waved. Just remember
that these are to be used only by folks that have never been to a SCA event
before...newcomers in the 1st degree.

This way we have a record of their attendance and can contact them on
follow up as future members...etc...etc...etc...

Also, makes it much easier in handling the credit in the gate funds and
records.

Never, left, just got changed for the better.
