[Ravensfort] Feast and Serving Coordinator

Greetings to the List ( Isabeau is using Lochlann's account)-
                              I  need a person to be the Serving Coordinator
for feast at Defender. This person would be responsible for: 1. Rounding up
the servers before feast begins (hopefully by getting enough volunteers before
the event) 2.Making sure that the servers ate before feast started, 3. Making
sure that feast is served in a mannerly, safe, and timely fashion. Whoever
volunteers for this needs to keep something in mind.  You'll be working
closely with me (and possibly their Excellencies and the Ambience Coordinator) to
work out the logistics of all this. If you find being around me for long
periods of time annoying then save both of us some trouble and don't
volunteer.
        Now, who wants to be a server? I need people to volunteer to serve
feast. Whoever serves feast will be fed before you have to work, drool and
stomach grumbling get in the way of doing a good job. If at all possible, I'd
like to have a full compliment of people "on board" before the event to
satisfy my anal retentive side.
        At this time I'm unsure how many more people I'll need to help prepare
feast. If you want to help prepare feast, write and tell me how long I can
have you in the kitchen and what you'd be willing to do. Also if you'd be
willing to be part of the cleanup crew after feast please let me know. I
really don't want to have to ask the people who helped cook to help clean up.
