[Ravensfort] Day at the Court event

The event ad was delivered to the kingdom chronicler
so we have a Black Star ad for Day in the Court
of the Great Khan.

We still need prizes for Equestrian and Archery.  I will
see how difficult it is to assemble a prize for
Knife, Axe, Spear.
