[Ravensfort] Day at the Court of the Great Khan

Put me down for some Ansteorran Star booklets (for use as a mini-scrapbook or
for taking notes).

I took a bookbinding class at my last event.  The teacher showed a sample of a
really cool Ansteorran booklet which was used for site tokens at a past
event.  I'll make some for largesse for you.
