We have been talking about a fabric trip for some time. NOW IT IS HERE. Mistress Kasilda Kubasek is a costuming Laura and has played in Ansteorra for more than 20 years. She will guild us through all the best places to find the types fabric that is used for the SCA in this area. She can help you decide what is period for your persona, what cloth will breath in your humidity, and how to tell what the fabric is made of.
She is willing to take this trip with us July 7th. The Sunday after the 4th and this next Sunday. The stores will not open till 12:00 so we will not have to start early. We can meet here in Huntsville and at Target in Conroe and someplace farther south if need be so we can carpool. It is only a week away Soooo ...who can go....
