[Ravensfort] Non-member surcharge

There is lots of discussion on the Non-member surcharge...and
other aspects of what were reported in the minutes of the board
meeting as taken by a member (not the official minutes...which
will be out in a few months) on ansteorra at ansteorra.org...
It will give you many opinions to read...

If you wish to comment...please  send them to the Board of
Directors...the Society Seneschal/President

Immediately...

The only way to get any of these repealed is to send it to them in time
to be placed on the agenda for the next meeting in September...
